Order & Payment

All orders that have been successfully placed will be accompanied by an order confirmation via email. This should come through within an hour from purchase and can sometimes land in the junk or spam folder so don't forget to look in there!

You can also find your order confirmation and the status of your order under your hibi account in the orders list.

If you didn’t receive this email, please let our Customer Service Team know so we can ensure that everything has been processed correctly.

Please allow us 24 hours - business days to reply to all your emails. Please note that weekends and public holidays are non-working days. You may also check your spam/junk folder in the event our email lands there by mistake.

Paying with a Credit Card is easy. At checkout simply pop in your details into the relevant fields. You can choose whether you want the checkout to remember your details for next time or not by checking the “Remember For Future Purchases” box. 

Our size guides are available from the Size Guide button on each product page. This includes garment sizes, and measurements in inch. Where possible we have provided individual design specific Size Guides to help you make the best decision on what size suits you.

We’re an Online-only retailer. This means that we don’t have any physical stores and due to safety reasons we can’t let customers into our Fulfilment Centre.

Due to the fast turnaround between placing your order and when we pack it, we’re unable to add any items to an order. This also means that we are unable to change the size of an item. If you want to remove an item from your order, we can attempt to organise this for you prior to the order being shipped but this may not always be possible. It’s best to contact us so we can have a look straight away.

Shopping

No registration of account is completely optional. However, registration gives you plenty of benefits, such as a wish-list for never forgetting your items, address book (if you ever want to send an item to the other end of the world, we can do it!), order history, and many more!

Select your desired items and click “Add To Cart” to add items to your shopping bag. You may continue browsing for other products or, complete your order by clicking on the shopping bag (top right-hand corner) to check out.

Delivery & Shipping

Once an order has been placed, you cannot change the address under your hibi account. However, there is a small window from the time you place the order to the point it is ready to be shipped that we can try and update the address for you.

The fastest and best way to try and update an address on your order is by contact us, we'll do our best to help you out. 

Due to the fast turnaround time for our orders, we cannot guarantee that we can update the address on an order already placed.

We’re super excited to hear that we have some international fans out there! At this stage, we only deliver to Singapore but keep an eye out for any future changes.

You will be able to find the delivery status of your order under your hibi account or in the confirmation email we sent your order was dispatched. In most cases, you will also receive tracking updates from the carrier directly via email and/or SMS.

If your order has been delivered to your address but you are unable to find it, please check your surrounding area for the order to see if the driver has put it in a safe place where it's not visible from the street.

No, flat rate of 4 dollars will be charged for each transaction, regardless of items quantity and weight.

Please drop our Customer Care team after 5 business days if you have not received your package.

Courier Service is trackable. You may find tracking information in your “Order History” under “My Account“. Please click on "Details" in your “Order History” to view. Tracking information will be made available the next business day after your order is shipped. 

Tracking information will be sent to your input mail once available. 

Orders to Singapore will take 1 to 3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’ve experienced a fault with your item, please Contact Us so we can help resolve this for you.

You can help us resolve this for you faster by providing us with a couple of photos showing the defect/fault with your initial inquiry.

We sincerely apologize for our oversight. Please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and a photograph of the defected item and they will advise you on how to process next. All defected items must be received in its original condition with its tag intact, unworn, and unwashed. 
In the event that the merchandise you originally purchased is sold out, a credit voucher will be issued to your Hibi account.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Merchandise must be in brand new condition with its original tags and packaging intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.Hibi will not complete returns should you purchase our merchandise from a third party.

 If the above conditions are not met, Hibi reserves the right to deny your return. Shipping fees will have to be paid for for the items to be shipped back to you.

Shipping your return

A returns request must be made in your "Order History" within 30 days of the date of shipping (Singapore).

You will receive an email with Hibi’s return form and mailing details.

Make sure you are logged into your Hibi account.

Under the “Return an Item” section of your account, select the order and click “Return Item(s)”. 

Check that the item you want to return is returnable. If the item is excluded from our policy it will call this out next to it in this section. 

Select the item(s) that you wish to return, choose how you would like your return processed and select your reason for return. 

Confirm you would like to ship your return back. Then review and confirm your details

We will not reimburse return delivery charges.

Please contacts us and our customer service team will schedule with you for a return.

Measurements may vary from 0.5 to 1 inch due to mass manufacturing processes and will not be considered as a defect. The method of measurement may differ slightly from person to person, hence in this case, there may be slight discrepancies due to the way the product is measured.
